Police Commemoration Day observed in erstwhile Karimnagar
On the occasion, Flag Day was organized at police martyrs memorials, wherein all cadres of police officers and police personnel took part and paid tributes to martyred cops besides remembering their sacrifices.
Karimnagar: The Police Commemoration Day was observed on a grand scale in all district police headquarters of the erstwhile Karimnagar district on Monday.
On the occasion, Flag Day was organized at police martyrs memorials, wherein all cadres of police officers and police personnel took part and paid tributes to martyred cops besides remembering their sacrifices.
Karimnagar police commissioner Abhishek Mohanty took part in the event at the commissionerate office. Rajanna-Sircilla Collector Sandeep Kumar Jha along with Superintendent of Police Akhil Mahajan paid tributes to departed cops while participating in celebrations held at martyr’s memorial in the outskirts of Lingampeta of Chandurthy mandal.
Ramagundam CP M Srinivas and Jagtial SP Satya Prasad also paid tributes to police martyrs in their respective offices.
