Police nab inter-district thieves gang in Suryapet
During the interrogation, the arrested confessed to their involvement in eight offences including four in Nuthankal police station limits, three in Maddirala mandal and one in Palakurthi manda in Warangal district.
Suryapet: Nuthankal Police on Tuesday arrested three members of an inter-district gang and seized gold, silver and motor cycles total worth Rs 6.35 lakh from their possession. The arrested were identified as Dasari Narsaiah, Madagani Suman and K Sampath of Managaleru of Nellikuduru mandal of Mahaboobnagar district.
Presenting them before the media, Deputy Superintendent of Police Mohan said that the trio were arrested during a vehicle check up at Chilpakuntla crossroads. During the interrogation, the arrested confessed to their involvement in eight offences including four in Nuthankal police station limits, three in Maddirala mandal and one in Palakurthi manda in Warangal district. The police seized five tolas of gold ornaments, 25 tolas of silver and five motorcycles from their possession.
