Hyderabad: The Jubilee Hills police caught a three-member gang of automobile theft offenders on Wednesday. A total three scooters were recovered from them.
The arrested P Chandrashekar (39) of Yousufguda, K Suri Babu (35) of Indranagar and Dandangi Prasad (32) of Jubilee Hills formed into a gang and were stealing vehicles using duplicate keys in Jubilee Hills, said police.
On a complaint of theft of a scooter at Sri Krishna Nagar, Yousufguda on February 10, the police formed a team and caught Chandrashekar and Suri Babu, who were stealing the vehicles. The duo was supplying the stolen vehicles to Prasad, who then sold it to other people.
