Police Welfare Department opens first petrol bunk in Siddipet

Siddipet: The Police Welfare Society Telangana opened its first petrol bunk in Siddipet at Ponnala village opposite to the Police Convention Centre on Wednesday.
The officials said they were opening the Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) petrol bunk to provide quality petrol to the citizens.
Collector M Manu Chowdary and Commissioner of Police B Anuradha, who inaugurated the petrol bunk, said the earnings on operating the bunk would be used for the welfare of the policemen in the district.
The Commissioner said the petrol bunk would be open for common man and the Police Convention Centre will also be rented out to the common public to earn some money, which will also be used for the welfare of the people.
ADCP Subhas Chandra Bose, ACPs Madhu, Purushottam Reddy, Sathish, Ravindar and IOCL senior manager Kosuri Srinivas, Manager (Siddipet) Amith Kumar and others were present.
