Policeman catches snake near old Council building in Hyderabad
A non-venomous snake caused brief commotion at the Telangana Assembly premises in Hyderabad, where a traffic constable swiftly captured it before officials handed it over to Nehru Zoological Park authorities.

Hyderabad: Mild commotion prevailed near the Jubilee Hall adjacent to the Telangana Legislative Assembly premises on Friday after a snake was spotted near the old Legislative Council building.
A police constable on traffic duty, identified as Venkatesh Naayak, rushed to the spot and caught the snake.
Officials later handed over the reptile to the Nehru Zoological Park authorities. The snake was reported to be non-venomous.
The incident drew the attention of news photographers, who gathered at the spot, with the policeman briefly posing for photographs after capturing the reptile.
The Telangana Legislative Assembly is in session currently and Deputy Chief Minsiter Mallu Vikramarka Bhatti is presenting the State budget in the Assembly.
