Prof B Venkatram Reddy takes charge as KU Controller of Examinations

Warangal Urban: Prof Byru Venkatram Reddy took charge as the Controller of Examinations (Full Additional Charge) at Kakatiya University (KU) in Warangal here on Tuesday. He is working as the Professor and Head of Department of Physics at KU.
He has taken charge from Prof Sarsani Mahender Reddy as the Controller of Examinations in the presence of Additional Controllers of Examinations Dr M Surekha, Dr Y Venkaiah, Dr P Sadanandam, Dr Krishnaveni and other staff.
The outgoing Controller of Examinations, Prof S Mahender Reddy has been felicitated on the occasion. The staff have lauded Mahender Reddy for his efforts to streamline the examinations wing by bringing reforms and focusing on the online services for the use of the students.
Later, Venkatram Reddy has also taken charge as the Register (FAC) of KU from outgoing Registrar Prof K Purushotham at the Registrar’s office in the Administrative Building on the campus. Having 31 years of experience, Prof Venkatram Reddy has so far published 41 research articles in International and National Journals and authored/edited two books.
Reddy worked as the Additional Controller of Exams, KU from September 18, 2017 to June 1, 2021. He was the Director (I/C) of Central Instrumentation Centre, KU, from April 30, 2020 onwards. He also worked as the Additional Controller of Exams (UG Section) and Director of University Hostels, KU and Officer-In-charge of Exams, KU College of Engineering-Warangal, and several other administrative positions efficiently.
