Hyderabad: A new incubator for startups has opened up in Hyderabad. Q-City which is a multi-tenanted IT park located in Gachibowli has announced the launch of Q-Hub Startup Labs. As part of the labs, a free incubator space will be provided to early-stage startups and entrepreneurs along with access to networking and mentorship opportunities, and investor connect. The Q-Hub will be spread across 9,000 sq ft inside the Q-City campus in the Financial District.
In addition, the IT park also announced the roll out of Q-City Codethon wherein the tenants of Q-City can showcase their coding prowess and win cash prizes worth Rs 5,50,000. The coding challenge is open for the 7,000+ tenants of Q-City.

Speaking about Q-Hub and Q-City Codethon, Q-City director Harry Criegen said, “The Q-City Coding Challenge is the first step towards what could potentially become a Hyderabad-wide or Nationwide Challenge, and in all likelihood, an annual affair.”
Q-City general manager Malathi Marisetti informed that Q-City, over the years, has grown as the first choice for several global IT giants and Q-Hub will the latest feather in their cap, as it will enable the homecoming of some incredible talents and ideas to the Q-City Campus.
