Hyderabad: Qentelli acquired NCS Technologies, a New Jersey-based provider of digital transformation, customer experience, and robotic process automation (RPA) solutions to enterprises.
The acquisition allows Qentelli to add to their intellectual property, client portfolio in the digital space and a US East Coast based Service Delivery centre that furthers capability for near-shore services.
The move will enable Qentelli to innovate rapidly for multiple end-user solutions, particularly in areas of cloud, application modernisation, quality engineering, data technologies and customer experience
Sanjay Jupudi, president and founder at Qentelli said, “The time is now to accelerate, innovate at a never before pace and this acquisition will help do just that. There are synergies, there are complementary offerings but all in all, we believe this will be a gamechanger for us with the comprehensive suite of offerings we will bring to our combined portfolio of customers.”
