Hyderabad: The Railways has informed that all rail passengers travelling to Delhi from Andhra Pradesh and Telangana States are being sent to mandatory quarantine for 14 days.
Any person who has been successfully vaccinated (two doses) and produces a certificate to the effect or having a negative RT-PCR report (not older than 72 hours prior to undertaking the journey) will be allowed home quarantine for seven days, a Railways alert said here on Monday.
