Kothagudem: The local MLA’s son Vanama Raghavendra Rao alias Raghava accused in Old Paloncha familicide case was shifted to Khammam district jail on Tuesday. He was named in a suicide note purportedly left by businessman, M Naga Ramakrishna, who committed familicide on Jan 3. The MLA’s son was arrested on last Friday and on Saturday he was sent to judicial remand at Bhadrachalam special sub-jail.
The sub-jailor Upender who confirmed shifting of Raghava to the jail in Khammam has not revealed the reasons for the same. It might be noted that two other accused in the case, Ramakrishna’s mother M Suryavathi and sister K L Madhavi, who were named in the suicide note, were arrested on Monday and sent to Khammam jail on 14-days judicial remand.
