Rakul Preet kickstarts International Yoga Day in style 

Flaunting her yoga glow, she took to her Instagram to share the benefits of Kunjar Kriya.

Breaking the routine schedule of yoga sessions, actor Rakul Preet Singh treated her fans with something unusual as she performed ‘Kunjar Kriya’ celebrating International Yoga Day on Monday.

“Started off Yoga day today by doing Kunjal Kriya, as advised by my holistic nutritionist @munmun.ganeriwal .. Feeling super clean, light, happy and energetic,” she wrote. 

Kunjar Kriya or Kunjal Kriya is known to be a yogic purification technique under Hatha Yoga.

A drink in early mornings would flush out the impurities in the body. The drink voluntarily induces vomiting within minutes after consuming it. Also known as Vaman Dhauti, the process cleans the esophagus and stomach thus enhancing the digestive system. 

The actor keeps sharing videos, photos from workout sessions related to yoga and other forms of exercise from time to time to keep her fans updated.

On the work front, the actor has a much-awaited pan-India movie ‘Indian 2’ directed by Shankar. She will be sharing screen space with actor Kajal Aggarwal in ‘Indian 2’

Rakul was last seen in ‘Sardar Ka Grandson’ alongside Arjun Kapoor and Neena Gupta. Her last Telugu film was Nithiin starrer ‘Check’.
