Yoga trainer imparting postures at online yoga classes launched in NTPC on Wednesday.

Peddapalli: As part of International yoga day celebrations, National Thermal Power Corporation-Ramagundam launched a month-long online yoga classes for its employees, dependents and associates on Wednesday.

Inaugurating the programme through virtual mode, Chief General Manager, NTPC ((Ramagundam & Telangana)), Sunil Kumar underlined the importance of time-tested yoga which rejuvenates body, mind and soul.The significance of yoga and pranayam further multiplied in pandemic time like Covid.

Organised by the HR department in association with Spandana club, it will continue till July 15, 2021 with morning and evening sessions daily. Yoga trainer, A Vijay Kumar will impart various yoga postures during the month-long programme.
