Rangareddy district: Woman kills drunk husband during domestic quarrel in Keshampet
A man was allegedly killed by his wife in Keshampet Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, following a domestic quarrel. The accused reportedly struck him with a cement block while he was asleep and disposed of the body in a nearby under-construction sump.

Hyderabad: Enraged over frequent quarrels, a woman allegedly killed her husband at Keshampet mandal of Ranga Reddy district on Saturday night.
According to the police, the victim Kuppa Kumar (35) was married to Madhavi ten years ago and the couple have a son aged around five years. They live at Keshampet village and mandal of Ranga Reddy district.
On Saturday evening, Kumar came home in an inebriated condition and picked up a quarrel with his wife over some household issues. He then went to sleep.
“In the night, while Kumar was asleep Madhavi took a cement block from the house and struck her husband on the head, causing fatal injuries. He died instantly. She then dragged the body and dumped it in an under-construction water sump near their house,” said Keshampet Inspector, B Narahari.
A case has been registered.
