Hyderabad: Regeneron Pharmaceuticals on Tuesday announced its plans to establish the Regeneron Global Capability Centre (GCC) in Hyderabad.

Expected to be operational in the second half of 2026, the site is planned to scale up to hundreds of new roles in the coming years. It will include teams across data management, statistical programming, digital technology, artificial intelligence, clinical trial operations, insights and analytics, commercial operations and other key areas.

With Genome Valley emerging as one of India’s premier life sciences clusters and Hyderabad playing a key role in global vaccine production and pharmaceutical innovation, Telangana has built a strong ecosystem driven by scientific research, manufacturing excellence, digital capabilities and highly skilled talent, Industries Minister D Sridhar Babu said.

“We are delighted to welcome Regeneron Pharmaceuticals to Hyderabad and are confident this investment will create significant opportunities for talent, innovation and the larger life sciences ecosystem in Telangana,” he said.

A delegation led by Regeneron Senior Vice President Bari Kowal met the Industries Minister here on Tuesday. On the occasion, Bari Kowal and Telangana Life Sciences CEO Sarvesh Singh exchanged MoUs, said a press release.
