Retired Army serviceman serving as SPO dies on duty at Chikkadpally Police Station
A 60-year-old SPO constable, Nagarjuna Reddy, collapsed due to a suspected heart attack while on duty at Chikkadpally Police Station in Hyderabad. Despite being rushed to a nearby hospital, he passed away during treatment.

Hyderabad: An SPO (Special Police Officer) constable died allegedly after suffering a heart attack while on duty at the Chikkadpally Police Station on Monday.
The cop was identified as Nagarjuna Reddy (60), a resident of Malkajgiri. Subsequent to his retirement from Indian Army, he had joined the police department as an SPO after completing his military service.
According to police, Nagarjuna Reddy suddenly complained of discomfort while discharging his duties at the police station. Fellow police personnel immediately shifted him to a nearby private hospital at RTC Cross Roads for treatment. However, despite medical efforts, he died while undergoing treatment.
