Hyderabad: BRS whip KP Vivekananda stated that Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy’s political downfall has begun in his Kodangal constituency, with his abusive remarks turning into self-inflicted curses. He strongly condemned the Chief Minister’s abusive language against BRS president and former Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao.

Ridiculing Revanth Reddy’s claims that no development took place during the BRS regime, Vivekananda said nearly 80 per cent of the works under the SLBC project were completed during Chandrashekhar Rao’s tenure. He challenged the Congress government to disclose how much funding it had released and what progress had been achieved on projects such as SLBC, Palamuru-Rangareddy, Kalwakurthy and Kodangal over the last two years.

He accused Revanth Reddy of repeatedly resorting to personal abuse while claiming to speak respectfully. He said the people of Telangana were ashamed that a person with such abusive language occupied the Chief Minister’s chair.

Vivekananda also cited a sharp decline in land prices and real estate activity since the Congress came to power, pointing to distress among realtors. He asserted that the Congress had come to power by misleading voters and warned that the party would face a crushing defeat in the coming elections, with people gearing up to reclaim Telangana’s future under KCR once again.
