RIMS-Adilabad doctors give fresh lease of life to two patients

RIMS-Adilabad director Dr. Rathod Jaisingh shared details of the recent surgeries, highlighting how doctors successfully gave a new lease of life to Ramojiwar Santhosh from Adilabad town and Naitam Laxmi Bai from Palsi (K) village in Thalamadugu mandal. Santhosh was diagnosed with Lumbar Degenerative Spine Disease, while Laxmi had suffered a head injury that led to loss of consciousness and brain blood clots.

Adilabad: Doctors at Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences (RIMS) successfully performed surgeries on two patients with neurological problems.

Briefing details of the surgeries, RIMS-Adilabad director Dr Rathod Jaisingh said that the doctors gave a fresh lease of life to Ramojiwar Santhosh belonging to Adilabad town and Naitam Laxmi Bai from Palsi (K) village in Thalamadugu mandal by performing the surgeries recently. While Santosh was diagnosed with Lumbar degenerative spine disease, Laxmi lost consciousness and had blood clots in her brains after a head injury.

Singh congratulated the doctors, staffers of operation theatre and supporting staff for performing surgeries using modern equipment. He said that the medical institution was providing quality healthcare services and surgeries to the poor. He advised the public to utilize the services for free by visiting the institute.
