Adilabad: RIMS doctors remove kidney stone from toddler’s body
RIMS-Adilabad director Dr Jaisingh Rathod said doctors led by Dr Karthik of the Urology department carried out the surgery on the toddler and removed kidney stones from her body using laser technology.
Adilabad: A team of doctors working at Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences successfully performed a surgery on a 15-month-old girl to remove kidney stones using modern technology and without any incision, here on Monday.
RIMS-Adilabad director Dr Jaisingh Rathod said doctors led by Dr Karthik of the Urology department carried out the surgery on the toddler and removed kidney stones from her body using laser technology.
He stated that the surgery was done without any cuttings on her body. He added that the toddler was discharged.
