Sadia Khateeb’s journey from ‘Shikara’ to ‘Raksha Bandhan’
Sadia Khateeb had been roped in for Akshay Kumar's next film 'Raksha Bandhan' which is being directed by Aanand L Rai.
Making her debut with ‘Shikara’, actor Sadia Khateeb won many hearts with her performance in the movie.
The actor essayed the role of Shanti Dhar in the Vidhu Vinod Chopra’s big project alongside Aadil Khan. The film was based on the love story of a Kashmiri Pandit couple Shanti and Shiv Dhar at the peak of insurgency in Jammu and Kashmir during the 1990s and the subsequent exodus of Kashmiri Pandits from the Valley.
Now Sadia Khateeb had been roped in for Akshay Kumar’s next film ‘Raksha Bandhan’ which is being directed by Aanand L Rai.
The actor who won a place of her own in the film industry with years of hard work and struggle has a lot more to come and explore. Having earned laurels and also awards for her fine debut performance in ‘Shikara’, Sadia has other upcoming projects too.
