Sai Sarthak and Pranav win Telangana chess selection titles

K Naga Sai Sarthak won the blitz title and A Pranav claimed the rapid crown in the Telangana chess selection tournament. Shreyan Thipparthi and Adhyayan Banerjee finished runners-up. The top two players in each category will represent the State nationally

Hyderabad: K Naga Sai Sarthak won the Telangana blitz selection chess tournament with 6.5 points here.

Shreyan Thipparthi finished runner-up. A Pranav won the rapid category title, with Adhyayan Banerjee finishing second.

The top two finishers in both rapid and blitz will represent the State in the forthcoming National championship.
