As city-based fashion designer, model and entrepreneur Shilpa Reddy rings in her 41^st birthday today, her best friend, popular south actor Samantha Akkineni, took to Instagram and wished the birthday girl. “Life wouldn’t be the same without you, Big laughs and blurry nights .. you and I Happy birthday you gorgeous human being @shilpareddy.official (sic),” wrote Samantha.
