Sanagareddy: Man kills mother after she refuses money for liquor in Kohir
A man allegedly killed his mother, Gaddameedi Padma, after she refused to give him money for alcohol at Badampet, Kohir mandal. Police said the accused, Balaraj, smashed her head against a wall. He has been taken into custody.
Sanagareddy: A man addicted to liquor killed his mother after she refused to give him money to buy alcohol at Badampet in Kohir mandal on Friday night.
The victim, Gaddameedi Padma (52), had been working as a labourer to support herself, while her son Balaraj was dependent on her earnings to fund his addiction.
Police said Balaraj had been harassing his mother for money and, when she refused on Friday, he allegedly smashed her head against a wall. Padma suffered a severe head injury and died after bleeding profusely. Police registered a case and took the accused into custody.
