Hyderabad: Sandeep Kumar cracked a century (112 not out, 104b, 17×4) to help HAL Sports Club score a 71-run win against ECIL in the HCA D-Division Institution one-day league cricket championship here.
The scores: HCA D-Division Institution one-day league: Food Corporation of India 68/8 in 18 overs (Upendra 36, Praveen Kumar 3/10, Rajashekar Reddy 3/9) lost to BHEL 69/5 in 10.3 overs (Praveen Kumar 39 not out, Naveen 3/19); Canara Bank 130/6 in 20 overs (Arvind Kumar 37, Eshwar 51) lost to HMWS & SB 131/7 in 19.1 overs (Ankit Bhatnagar 35); HAL Sports Club 222/6 in 35 overs (Sandeep Kumar 112 not out, Somaraju 31, Rajendra Babu 30 not out) beat ECIL 151 in 33.5 overs (Suresh 37, Amar Kumar Singh 32, Ganesh kumar 3/17).
