Sangareddy cops burn 583 kgs of dry ganja seized in different cases
In a decisive move against drug trafficking, Sangareddy police burnt 583 kgs of ganja, along with alprazolam and MDMA, at a chemical facility in Pashamylaram. The disposal was carried out in line with environmental protocols and witnessed by SP Paritosh Pankaj and senior officers.

Sangareddy: Sangareddy police have burnt 583 kgs of dry ganja seized in various cases across the district in an incinerator at a chemical company in accordance with the environmental guidelines.
The police also burnt 1.777 kgs of alprazolam and 980 grams of MDMA in the Pashamylaram industrial area on Saturday in the presence of SP Paritosh Pankaj and other officials.
Speaking on the occasion, the district police chief said that they have burnt the drugs as per the prescribed guidelines. He said that they were also cracking down on drug peddlers by constituting a task force. DSPs Sataiah Goud, Prabhakar, Surendar Reddy and others were present.
