Sangareddy: Father and son electrocuted while working on house roof in Gollapally
A father and son died of electrocution in Gollapally, Sangareddy, after a steel rod they were carrying touched live overhead electric wires. The tragic accident occurred while they were working on their house. Police have registered a case for investigation.
Sangareddy: In a tragic incident, a man and his son were electrocuted as they came in touch with live electric wires while they were carrying a steel rod onto the roof of their house at Gollapally in Kondapur mandal on Saturday. They were Chakali Manaiah (46) and his son Venkatesham (22). The father son duo were working on their house on Saturday.
While they were taking a steel rod, it accidentally came in contact with live overhead electric wires. They died on the spot. The incident left the entire village in shock. The bodies were taken to the government hospital in Sadasivapet for postmortem. A case was registered.
