Sangareddy: A man allegedly attempted to end his life by slitting his throat at Tellapur on Tuesday. Local residents found him unconscious and alerted the Kollur police, who rushed him to a nearby hospital.
He was identified as Dileep Kumar, 32, a resident of Bandam Kommu in Ameenpur mandal. The reason behind the attempt was not immediately known. His condition was stated to be critical.
Police registered a case and took up an investigation.
