Sangareddy: Nursery owners told to enrol with Horticulture department

Since TS government is keen on ensuring that farmers are supplied only quality plants, the Horticulture Officer asked the nursery owners to register with the Horticulture department

Sangareddy: District Horticulture Officer, P Sunitha has asked all the nursery owners in Sangareddy district to enrol with the Horticulture department.

Since the government is keen on ensuring that farmers are supplied only quality plants, the Horticulture Officer asked the nursery owners to register with the Horticulture department.


Sunitha, who held a meeting with the nursery owners in Sadasivpet on Tuesday, suggested that they raise only quality saplings.

When the owners raised some issues they were facing in running the nurseries, She said the department will bring it to the notice of the District Collector  M Hanumantha Rao. Sangareddy DSP A Balaju, Divisional Agriculture Officer Manorama and others were present.
