Sangareddy: Patancheru Police have nabbed a man, his wife, and their son on the charge of selling the same land to two different persons. The accused were identified as Malla Reddy his wife Mallamma and their son Sudhakar Reddy. Though the same piece of land Malla Reddy sold to a party in the past, his son Sudhakar sold it to another person as the land was not mutated in the name of the first buyer.
Speaking to news reporters at Patancheru Police Station on Thursday, Inspector N Venugopal Reddy said that Sudhakar has again applied for NALA (Non-agriculture land assessment) by forging the signatures. The trio, who were produced before a court, have been remanded. Inspector (Crime) Srinivasulu said that they will initiate stern action against all such persons if anyone commits such crimes.
