A water tanker stuck in a road cave-in at Banjara Hills Road No. 1 was removed by crane. The incident disrupted traffic and alarmed residents, who urged GHMC to conduct regular inspections to ensure infrastructure safety in the area.
While no loss of life or injuries have been reported so far in connection to this incident, some two-wheelers have reportedly been washed away by the rain.

Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao launched the portal, the first-of-its-kind in the country, on October 29 last year to facilitate hassle-free transactions with minimum human interface and to eliminate graft.
The special session was called for following the Cabinet approval for amendments to the GHMC Act 1995, the Non Agricultural Land Assessment (NALA) Act, and the Registrations Act among others.
