Sangareddy SP reviews security arrangements at Central Jail
Sangareddy Superintendent of Police Paritosh Pankaj inspected security arrangements at Sangareddy Central Jail, reviewed CCTV surveillance and entry points, and directed officials to strengthen security, monitor inmates closely, maintain visitor records and conduct regular mock drills.

Sangareddy: Superintendent of Police Paritosh Pankaj visited Sangareddy Central Jail on Thursday. He inspected the jail along with Jail Superintendent Santosh Rai and reviewed the security arrangements in place. He also examined the functioning of CCTV cameras, entry and exit points, and the premises. Speaking to the Jail Superintendent on the occasion, he asked the jail staff to closely monitor the behaviour of inmates. The SP directed the staff not to allow any prohibited items inside the jail premises. Advising them to further strengthen the security arrangements at the jail, Paritosh Pankaj asked them to maintain a record of all visitors to the prison. He also instructed them to conduct mock drills regularly to keep the sentries prepared for any untoward incidents. Santosh Rai explained the measures being taken by the jail authorities.
