Dubai: Saudi Arabia has rolled out a digital platform, Nusuk Umrah, for all international pilgrims including Indians to enrich the lifetime memory and spiritual journey of Umrah.
Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Hajj and Umrah launched on Wednesday, the “Nusuk Umrah” service to enable international pilgrims to directly apply for an Umrah visa and book services related to their trip to Islamic Holy cities, without intermediaries.
The platform, which is available on https://umrah.nusuk.sa/aims to improve service quality and enrich the pilgrim experience. Nusuk Umrah is a new option, complementing existing channels like qualified agents. The service allows users to customize their trip by choosing from integrated packages or booking individual services such as visas, accommodation, transportation, and tours.
The platform features a user-friendly interface that supports seven languages, integrates with government systems, and offers various payment options for a seamless digital experience.
Nusuk is Saudi Arabia’s official digital platform designed to eliminate hurdles for Hajj and Umrah pilgrims by streamlining the process of applying for visas, booking flights and accommodation, transportation and managing their entire spiritual journey in one place. The app can work without a data bundle package on any Saudi Arabian mobile SIM card.
