It offers baby corn, mushroom, American sweet corn, bamboo shoots, jalapeno, and non-veg customers can choose from exotic dishes like Cultured Bunny, Quail, Squid, Peking Duck, and Egg Frittato.
While the above-mentioned items can be enjoyed if you manage to leave some space in your stomach after having relished the non-stop serving of barbecue starters like coastal BBQ Prawns, Ashin BBQ Chicken, Dora Seekh Kabab, Kasundi Fish Tikka. In veg, you have Crispy Corn, Hara Bhara Kebab, and Tandoori Paneer Tikka.
The star of the vegetarian starters is AB’s special American Cheesy Potato that has the goodness of potato and cheese and tantalizing taste of barbeque sauce. Even before you finish the last bite of the barbequed starters, the waiters are ready to serve you more if you have the appetite for it.
On an average, you will spend about one hour enjoying the starters which can be washed down with a soft drink of your choice or a lime soda or their blue cocktail – which is the crowd favourite.
