SBI donates 51 lakh to Devnar Foundation
The donation is to be used for installation of fire fighting system and rooftop solar system.

Hyderabad: Chairman of the State Bank of India C.S. Setty visited Devnar foundation – an NGO for the blind and supported it through a donation of Rs 51 lakh to the foundation to show the bank’s support to marginalized communities. The donation is to be used for installation of fire fighting system and rooftop solar system.
Further, reiterating the bank’s commitment towards protection of ‘Mother Nature’, the SBI inaugurated a tree plantation drive – ‘Ek Ped Maa ke Naam’. The SBI ladies cub has also donated essential items to Sai Seva Sangh. Setty reiterated SBI’s vision to lead India and the World in climate finance with a pathway to Net Zero (SCOPE 1, 2 & 3) for the bank by 2055. President of All India SBI ladies Club Sreedevi Surya launched a charity program at SBI Enclave and handed over water dispenser, sewing machines, stationery items, fruits, snacks, groceries and other essential items to Sai Seva Sangh in Miyapur, a bank press release said on Saturday.
