SBI Hyderabad marks 80th Independence Day, CGM hoists Tricolour at Koti office
State Bank of India’s Hyderabad Local Head Office celebrated the 80th Independence Day with patriotic fervour, as CGM Neelesh Dwivedi hoisted the National Flag at Koti. Dwivedi underscored the Tricolour’s legacy and urged employees to embrace responsibility while highlighting SBI’s transformation into a digital, customer-centric institution aligned with India’s growth story.
Hyderabad: State Bank of India, Local Head Office, Hyderabad, celebrated 80th Independence Day, with a mission to foster patriotic pride and national unity, on Saturday. Neelesh Dwivedi, CGM, Hyderabad Circle, hoisted the National Flag at State Bank of India local head office, Koti.
Addressing the gathering, Dwivedi highlighted the significance of the Tricolour as a symbol of India’s rich legacy, the sacrifices of millions of freedom fighters, and the aspirations of a billion-plus Indians.
He emphasized that independence comes with a strong sense of responsibility and observed that SBI’s journey is closely intertwined with the nation’s growth and development. As India evolves into a confident, aspirational and ambitious nation, SBI too is transforming to meet the changing needs of its customers, he said.
He highlighted the Bank’s continued transformation into a digital and customer-centric institution, with initiatives such as YONO and the adoption of Artificial Intelligence enhancing customer experience, operational efficiency and competitiveness.
The Chief General Manager called upon SBI employees to introspect and contribute meaningfully towards strengthening the institution. He emphasized that SBI, having journeyed alongside the nation for generations, must continue to remain relevant to the India of tomorrow while upholding the trust it has earned over the years.
