SBI launches Platinum Jubilee Asha Scholarship 2025 for 23,230 students

SBI Foundation has launched the SBI Platinum Jubilee Asha Scholarship 2025 to support 23,230 meritorious students from Class 9 to postgraduate level. With Rs 90 crore set aside for FY26, students can receive up to Rs 20,00,000 per year

Hyderabad: SBI Foundation, the CSR arm of the State Bank of India, has launched the SBI Platinum Jubilee Asha Scholarship 2025. This year, the programme will support 23,230 meritorious students from humble and underprivileged backgrounds across India, nurturing the next generation of leaders and nation-builders.

SBI has committed Rs 90 crore towards the scholarship in FY26. The scholarship covers students from Class 9 onwards up to postgraduate programmes, offering financial assistance ranging from Rs 15,000 to Rs 20,00,000 per year till the completion of the course in which the scholar has been selected.


The application window opened on September 18 and will remain active till November 15. Students can apply through the official portal: www.sbiashascholarship.co.in. Eligibility details and category-wise benefits are available on the website.
