SC Collegium recommends making three Telangana HC additional judges permanent

Judges Laxmi Narayan Alishetty, Anil Kumar Jukanti and Sujana Kalasikam were named as additional judges on July 31, 2023

Hyderabad: The Collegium of the Supreme Court of India released a statement on Wednesday recommending appointing three additional judges of the Telangana High Court as permanent judges.

Judges Laxmi Narayan Alishetty, Anil Kumar Jukanti and Sujana Kalasikam were appointed as additional judges of the Telangana High Court on July 31, 2023. Of the sanctioned strength of 42, the Telangana High Court currently has a strength of 30 judges.
