Senior BJP leader killed in road crash in Hyderabad

Ranga Raju Goud was on his friend’s bike when an auto which was being driven in a rash and negligent manner hit the bike

Hyderabad: A man died after a rashly driven auto hit the motorcycle he was riding pillion at RTC ‘X’ road on Friday evening.

As per available information, Ranga Raju Goud, a senior BJP leader was proceeding on his friend’s bike from Barkatpura towards Nampally when the mishap occurred.

When they reached near RTC ‘X’ road, the auto which was being driven in a rash and negligent manner hit the bike from behind. He fell on the road, suffered grievous injuries and died on the spot.

The Chikkadpally police are investigating.
