Hyderabad: The Cyberabad police arrested seven persons on charges of drug peddling in the last one week.

This was after the police stepped up the drive against marijuana with raids being conducted on a daily basis. Accordingly, between March 3 to March 9, four cases were booked and seven persons were held while 865g of marijuana was seized. A total of 416 E-petty cases were booked.

So far, 19 drug peddlers were detained under the Preventive Detention Act by Cyberabad Police Commissioner M.
