Seven-month pregnant woman murdered over family dispute in Karimnagar
In a tragic incident in Karimnagar, a seven-month pregnant woman, Thirumalamma, was brutally murdered after her throat was slit during a family dispute. The attack occurred in Tekurthy of Ellandakunta mandal, where tensions between two wives of a man, Ramulu, led to a violent confrontation.
Karimnagar: A seven-month pregnant woman, Thirumalamma, was brutally killed by having her throat slit in Tekurthy of Ellandakunta mandal on Saturday.
According to villagers, Ramulu, who has two wives, had been living with his second wife due to disputes with the first. On Saturday, a quarrel broke out between the two wives. As the argument escalated, the son of the first wife attacked Thirumalamma, killing her.
The police rushed to the spot, registered a case and took the accused into custody. An investigation is underway.
