Seven new direct flights started from RGIA in Hyderabad

The airline will launch its direct flight to Ayodhya on September 28, operating four times a week on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays. This new service comes after a three-month break following SpiceJet's discontinuation of direct flights from Hyderabad to Ayodhya on June 1.

Hyderabad: Indigo Airlines has started its direct flight to Ayodhya, Kanpur and Prayagraj from Hyderabad on Friday. The Airlines has started seven direct flight services from the Rajiv Gandhi International Airport(RGIA) during September. The new routes from RGIA will connect Hyderabad to Rajkot, Agartala, Jammu, Agra, Kanpur, Ayodhya and Prayagraj.

The airline will be operating flights to Ayodhya four times a week on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday. This new service follows a three-month hiatus after SpiceJet discontinued its direct flights from Hyderabad to Ayodhya on June 1.

The direct flight between Hyderabad – Rajkot was started on September16, while 4 days a week service between Hyderabad – Agartala was started on September 23 and 3 days a week service between Hyderabad – Jammu was started on September 24.

Union Minister of Coal and Mines G Kishan Reddy has expressed happiness at the launch of 7 new services from Hyderabad city in one month. This would make it easier for travelers to explore various cultural destinations, he said.

The union Minister expressed hope that these new services would fulfill the demand of passengers between the respective cities. He urged the passengers to take advantage of these new services.
