Several municipal workers join TRSKV in Khammam

At a programme held at the office of TRSKV-KMC at Nizampet here, about 50 sanitary staff and workers affiliated to different trade unions embraced the party's trade union.

Khammam: Many municipal workers from Khammam Municipal Corporation (KMC) joined the TRSKV, the labour wing of Telangana Rashtra Samithi party, on Tuesday.

At a programme held at the office of TRSKV-KMC at Nizampet here, about 50 sanitary staff and workers affiliated to different trade unions embraced the party’s trade union.

The TRSKV-KMC president Mutyala Phanidhar, city wing president Paloncha Krishna and honorary advisor Dadai Sathish welcomed the new entrants. Speaking on the occasion, Krishna said the TRS leadership accords priority to protect the interests of the workers in the fields.

The leaders said the union would extend its full support to the workers and the workers have to discharge their duties properly and earn a name for the union. The TRSKV leaders Shaik Sattar, Ch Suryam Babu, P Raju and others were present.
