Hyderabad: The third in the series of Short Film Contest on ‘Road Safety’ organised by the Cyberabad Police saw 67 entries from across the country, with various themes including the ills of careless attitude on roads, drunk driving and so on.

Keshav Kumar for his film ‘Moorkulu’, Nitish Singh’s ‘Example’ and S Vikram Kumar’s ‘I love you Nanna’ were adjudged the first, second and third category prizes. The prize money was Rs 50,000, Rs 30,000 and Rs 20,000. Ten participants were given consolation prizes while the rest were awarded participation certificates.

The response to the contest, the second in the series was very good and the creative standards were on par with the best, Cyberabad Police Commissioner M Stephen Raveendra said.
