SI, constable land in ACB net in Hyderabad
As per instructions of SI Laxminarayana, constable Naresh allegedly accepted the bribe from one M Santosh Reddy of Habsiguda, not to register a cheating case against him

Hyderabad: The Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) on Wednesday caught Gandhinagar Police Station Sub-Inspector M Laxminarayana and Constable N Naresh red-handed for allegedly demanding and accepting a bribe of Rs 30,000 near the police station.
As per instructions of Laxminarayana, Naresh allegedly accepted the bribe from one M Santosh Reddy of Habsiguda, not to register a cheating case against him and to do a favour in the investigation of a cheating case booked at the Gandhinagar police station earlier.
Reddy lodged a complaint with the ACB, following which the Bureau laid a trapped and nabbed the SI and constable. Further investigation is on.
