Siddharth plays the brother, while Meetha Raghunath plays the sister. The parents are portrayed by Sharath Kumar and Devayani. The cast also includes Yogi Babu and Chaithra.

Directed by Sri Ganesh and produced by Arun Viswa under the Shanti Talkies banner, the film’s music is composed by Amrit Ramnath.

3 BHK is expected to be released this summer in Tamil and Telugu, although the exact date is yet to be announced.
