Singareni to promote 150 equipment operators in open cast mines
Singareni Collieries Company Limited will promote around 150 Equipment Project operators in open cast mines. Operators will advance from EC-D to EC-C and EC-C to EC-B, as a one-time measure, following instructions from Chairman and Managing Director N Balram.
Peddapalli: Singareni Collieries Company Limited (SCCL) has decided to promote qualified Equipment Project (EP) Operators working in open cast mines soon.
Operators will be promoted from Excavation Category-D to Excavation Category-C, and from Excavation Category-C to Excavation Category-B. Around 150 operators across Singareni are expected to benefit.
The management has agreed to promote operators who have completed two years in EC-D to EC-C, and those who have completed three years in EC-C to EC-B.
Accordingly, orders were issued following instructions from Chairman and Managing Director N Balram on Thursday. These promotions will be granted as a one-time measure, irrespective of vacancies.
