Siva Sivani Institute of Management held its 30th PGDM convocation, awarding certificates to 214 graduates. AICTE Chairman TG Sitharam highlighted adaptive learning and real-world skills, while top students, including Chandana Naikal, received gold medals for academic excellence

Hyderabad: Siva Sivani Institute of Management held its 30th Convocation (Snatak) for its PGDM students, where 214 graduates received PGDM certificates from Aarathy Sampathy, President and Chief Executive, Siva Sivani Group of Institutions.
Apart from the graduating students, the event was attended by industry professionals and heads of various reputed organisations of the State. The convocation was virtually participated in by Prof TG Sitharam, Chairman, All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and Ramakrishna Sataluri, CEO, Shakti Energy Solutions Limited (SESL).
In his address, Sitharam emphasised the importance of adaptive and continuous learning, in line with the vision of the National Education Policy (NEP). He noted that while degrees hold value, it is the real-world skills, innovation mindset, and technological fluency gained during education that build a strong foundation in an era shaped by AI, automation, and disruption.
The students who received gold medals for academic excellence included Chandana Naikal, Gopu Vandana Dashrath, Bondili Renuka Bai, Prakhar Singh and Jyothi Choudhary.
