Six Congress Councilors from Banswada join BRS in KTR’s presence

In a political setback for the Congress ahead of municipal elections, six councillors from Banswada joined the BRS in Hyderabad on Tuesday. BRS working president KT Rama Rao welcomed them into the party.

Hyderabad: Ahead of municipal elections, the Congress suffered a major setback in Banswada as six councillors from the party joined the BRS here on Tuesday.

BRS working president KT Rama Rao welcomed the six Congress councilors, including Badi Srinivas, Layak, Akbar, Khader, Gangaram, and Writer Raju by offering party scarves.
