Six of family held for murder in Sangareddy

The accused persons had a dispute over land with the deceased, Begari Karunakar, and his father Devaiah

Sanagreddy: Sangareddy Police have arrested six persons of a family, including two women, in connection with murder of a person following a land dispute at Choutakur mandal headquarters last Tuesday. They were identified as Kashannagari Pradeep, Sadilu, Prasad, Karunakar, Surekha and Manemma.

The accused persons had a dispute over land with the deceased, Begari Karunakar, and his father Devaiah. Kashannagari Pradeep and his family members attacked Karunakar and Devaiah on Tuesday over the issue. Karunakar died in the incident while Devaiah has suffered serious injuries. Sangareddy DSP A Balaji produced the accused before the media in Jogipet on Saturday.
