Hyderabad: Emphasizing the need to bridge the gap between the current education system and industry requirements, Founder of the One World One Family Mission, Sadguru Sri Madhusudan Sai stated that skill-based short-term courses were the need of the hour. He announced that such courses would soon be introduced across their educational institutions.

Sadguru Sri Madhusudan Sai was responding to questions posed by Daggubati Suresh Babu, Tollywood producer, during the ‘Compassion in Action’ event held here on Friday. During the interaction, Sadguru underscored the urgent need for reforms in the education sector.

Cautioning that educational institutions should never become commercial hubs, Sadguru pointed out the absence of value-based and moral education in many schools today. “Many parents consider these classes a waste of time. The lack of moral education is one of the reasons why the Gen Z and Gen Alpha generations have turned out the way they have today,” he observed.

Responding to common criticisms directed at Gen-Z, Sadguru noted, “This generation learns faster than us and is much smarter. Elders need to accept this fact. Similarly, the youth of the Gen-Z generation must also consciously practice slowing down their pace of life.”
