Social media posts lead to tension in old city of Hyderabad
Tension escalated in. Reinbazar locality of old city in Hyderabad following circulation of social media posts targeting a particular community. Large number of people gathered and police forces moved in take situaiton under control

Hyderabad: Mild tension prevailed at Rein Bazaar in old city after a group of youngsters staged a protest demanding action against a man for his inflammatory post on social media late on Sunday night.
According to the police, a man belonging to a particular community made some remarks on social media targeted at a particular community.
On noticing it some youth gathered at Rein Bazaar police station and staged a protest. Later the group went into the police station and made a complaint with the police against him.
Following the incident the police higher ups sent reinforcements to the area. The police patrolling was intensified and movement of public restricted. The police are in process of registering a case.
Police officers said later that situation was normal and patrolling was being intensified. Efforts would be made to nab the person responsible for the social media posts.
